The Holosun IRIS-RD4 is a compact, advanced quad-function aiming and illumination system designed for professional and enthusiast use. Precision-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, its redesigned housing is 43% lighter, 29% lower, and 28% narrower than previous models, providing superior ergonomics for mounting on PDWs, SBRs, and standard rifle platforms.
This versatile device integrates a co-aligned visible green laser (Class 3R, <5mW), an infrared (IR) aiming laser (<0.7mW VCSEL, Class 1), a 60mW VCSEL-based IR illuminator (Class 1), and a high-output white LED light delivering 1,000 lumens and 25,000 candela. The co-aligned lasers simplify zeroing by allowing calibration of both visible and IR lasers using the green laser in daylight for consistent point-of-aim.
Key features include a top-mounted IR beam divergence slider for adjustable illuminator patterns (wide flood to tight spot), dual independent fire buttons for ambidextrous control, and a rear-positioned power/mode selector. It includes a three-button remote switch with Crane plug connection and visible laser override.
