Geissele Super Duty® MOD1 Rifle – 16″ 5.56mm (Black)

Manufactured with confidence and without compromise.

The Geissele Super Duty® MOD1 represents the pinnacle of modern AR platform evolution. Designed to deliver superior ergonomics, enhanced modularity, and uncompromising reliability, the MOD1 builds on Geissele’s legendary reputation for high-performance engineering and match-grade accuracy. Whether deployed operationally or run hard at the range, the Super Duty MOD1 is built to perform when it matters most.

Key Performance Highlights

  • Unmatched Durability & Accuracy: At the heart of the rifle is a 16” Cold Hammer Forged, Chrome Lined barrel with a Geissele Tapered Profile and a 1-7 twist. Paired with Geissele’s High-Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) components, it delivers tack-driving accuracy with extreme longevity.

  • Forged Stressproof Bolt®: Machined from proprietary Carpenter 158+ steel—developed in direct collaboration with metallurgists to reduce impurities—the Stressproof Bolt® is engineered for ultimate fatigue resistance and is capable of up to 5 times the operational life of a standard mil-spec bolt.

  • Optimized Gas & Recoil System: Featuring a precisely tuned Super Compact Gas Block, carefully sized gas port, and the Super 42® braided wire buffer spring with an H2 buffer, the MOD1 minimizes felt recoil and ensures flawless, reliable cycling in adverse conditions.

  • HUXWRX® Compatibility: Equipped out-of-the-box with a HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device, offering seamless mounting compatibility with innovative flow-through suppressors.

  • World-Class Trigger Control: Experience crisp, clean breaks with the renowned SSA-E X® two-stage trigger, featuring a wide-body Lightning Bow® and Nanoweapon®-coated internal components for ultra-smooth operation and enhanced control.

It easily rejects carbon buildup, makes cleaning effortless, and allows the firearm to operate efficiently with minimal lubrication.
