• Policies:
  • All shipping addresses must match the billing address.
  • All firearms will only be shipped to your FFL of choice. You should contact your local ffl and let them know they are receiving a firearm for you.
  • Every state is unique in its laws, so keeping track of other states’ laws is difficult. You should know what is allowed and isn’t in your state, so you, as the end user, won’t get in trouble with the law. If we catch a mistake and must cancel an order because you ordered something you’re not supposed to have, the restocking fee for this is 25%.
  • All firearm and ammo sales are final; if you order something you’re not supposed to have in your state or fail the background check. You must work with your local FFL to sort this matter out.
  • We are implementing a 6 day rule to make things fair for all customers.  Any product purchased 3 days before a sale, during a sale, or 3 days after a sale without a coupon will automatically be fixed on our end so you can receive the sale price if the item is eligible for a discount. We want to be fair to all and transparent, so this is the best solution to give you the best deal we can.
  • Shipping:
  • All orders received on a business day before 3 p.m. Eastern time will go out the same day so that tracking will go live later in the afternoon. If you order after 3 p.m., I will drop off the package with the next batch on the next business day. Saturday’s shipping cut-off is noon.
  • We insure all packages because we want a smooth experience for you if things go wrong. Keep in mind our insurance covers damage during the shipping. The insurance does not cover lost packages. We can try to file a claim, but there’s no guarantee. If you need a signature, just let us know.
  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of a new label if the item comes back to us for failure to pick up, incorrect address, or any issues caused by the customer during shipping.
  •  Returns:
  • You may cancel your order before it gets shipped out, but there is an 18% restocking fee.
  • Any optic with a serial number is nonrefundable after it is shipped out. Everything is factory new that comes to us, so you must contact the manufacturer for any issues.
  • We have no way to determine what falls under warranty and does not. Certain issues experienced by the customer, the manufacture will consider normal.
  • The end user or purchaser of the product will request an RMA from manufacturer and follow up with them.
  • Please review your order, and make sure you’re purchasing the correct optic you want.  We cannot correct this issue after the optic is shipped. If it is our mistake, by all means we will go to great lengths to correct this issue but please be sure to double check what item your purchasing.
